Yes — free Standard Tracked shipping is available on all New Zealand orders, with no minimum spend required. Express Delivery is also available. All shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before payment.
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. We do not offer direct exchanges.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to apply the credit.

- Measure heel to longest toe in centimetres
